Built by Someone Who Lived the Problem.
Feed Panda was not built in a boardroom. It was built after watching too many genuinely great businesses fail their customers online, not because of bad products or bad service, but because nobody ever gave them the digital infrastructure they deserved.
My background is in hospitality management and business operations. As General Manager at Portofino Restaurant in Homestead, I took a struggling operation and rebuilt it from the ground up. Revenue increased by 70%, staff turnover was cut by 50%, and the Google rating climbed from 3.7 to 4.1 in under a year. I did not do it with a marketing agency. I did it by understanding what local businesses actually need: systems, visibility, and the right first impression.
That experience made one thing clear. Most small businesses in South Florida are running on reputation and word of mouth alone, with no website, no digital presence, and no way to capture the customers who are already looking for them online. Feed Panda exists to change that. We build the infrastructure that makes every business findable, trustworthy, and impossible to ignore.
We are a new agency. We are honest about that. What we are not new at is the work: understanding customer behavior, building systems that convert, and showing up with the kind of reliability that most agencies charge triple for.
