3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver and operate your services, run your client portal, process billing, respond to support requests, and send service communications. Business information you enter into portal tools (Section 2.3) is also used to tailor your portal experience, our service recommendations, and our marketing communications to your business. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run our business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (application data storage), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Google Workspace (business operations), and managed third-party platforms used to deliver subscribed services (Section 6). Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments. A current list of processors is available on request at admin@feedpanda.co. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Managed Platform Data

For clients subscribed to BDC, CRM, lead generation, or reputation services, customer and lead data generated for your business is stored in managed third-party platforms operated by Feed Panda and used exclusively to deliver your services. Feed Panda does not monetize your customer data and does not use your customers' information for Feed Panda's own marketing. Upon cancellation, you receive an export of your contact and pipeline records within 10 business days (see Terms, Section 10).

7. Domains and Affiliate Links

Feed Panda does not purchase or register domains on your behalf; you own your domain, and Feed Panda receives DNS configuration access only, which ends on cancellation. Domain purchase links we provide may be affiliate links from which Feed Panda earns a commission at no additional cost to you; the registrar's own privacy policy governs your purchase there.

8. Data Retention

Account and service data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and as needed afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Consent records (Terms acceptance and cookie choices) are retained for 7 years after the end of the relationship for contract enforcement. Client profile data from portal tools is retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request or account closure, except where retention is legally required.

9. Security

We use SSL encryption in transit, access-controlled systems, role-based permissions in our portal, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. We will notify affected parties of a data breach within 72 hours of discovery where required by applicable law.

10. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@feedpanda.co. You can update business profile information through your portal. You can change your cookie choice at any time (Section 4.4). You can opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; service communications (billing, security, onboarding) will still be sent while you have active services.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted at feedpanda.co/privacy with an updated version and effective date. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated by email. Material changes to our cookie practices will trigger a one-time re-consent prompt.
